Susan graduated as an engineer, but soon discovered a passion for printing. After 25 years of experience working for other companies\u2014developing knowledge and skills in every conceivable aspect of the printing industry, from typesetting and sales management to production management and finally, as the general manager\u2014Susan saw an opportunity to create her own company. Having overseen the transition from the traditional letterpress to the latest computerized systems, Susan realized the future demanded digital innovation. Her mission was to combine the high-quality production you’d expect from a major international printer with the personalized customer care you’d find in your local print shop, and to make her company’s services available to everyone via the Internet. From that vision, QinPrinting was born.
